Academic Sampling Policy

Zeolyst has supplied samples of standard products to the academic community for research purposes. Attached is an Academic Response Form that must be completed. If all required fields are not filled in, Zeolyst International will not be able to respond to the request.

 

 

Academic Response Form

The following fields are required:

Contact Name, Institution Name, Shipping Address (must be to Institution), Billing Address (must include contact name or department at Institution), Telephone Number, Product Type, Quantity

The following explanation of the form fields will help you to complete the request:

Product Nomenclature

Maximum Product Quantity

  • The maximum sample quantity, or part thereof, is 5 kilogram, (11 lbs) per product. A maximum of 5 kilogram of a material will be supplied on a semiannual basis to the same institution.

Pricing and Billing

  • Effective for all purchase orders received after January 1st, 2002 the price will be $110(US) per 0.5Kg. The maximum sample is 5Kg.  The price will include freight. This price is for US and Canada only.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • All import fees, duties, taxes, government charges, etc. are the responsibility of the receiver. Zeolyst International will assume no responsibility for those charges.
  • VISA, Master Card and American Express are accepted.  Please call the following telephone number with the credit card information.
  • Requests for samples will be processed only upon receipt of a written purchase order which must be mailed/faxed to the attention of:

Shipping Information

  • Freight charges are included in the material charge. Because of frequent changes in freight rates, we are unable to provide rate quotes.
Payment Terms
  • Net 30 days.
Limitations
  • Sample request will not be processed until receipt of a written purchase order as detailed above or credit card information.
  • Incomplete response forms will not be processed, and no notification identifying the missing information will be sent.
  • Typical properties are listed on the Zeolyst International web site. No additional analytical data will be supplied.
  • Requests for information regarding processing, synthesis, pricing, project design and molecular formulation, etc., will not be supplied.

This policy will be strictly enforced.
